The challenge

In today's fast paced environment, more and more people are creating new things, this can be in different forms such as software, videography, among others but the biggest challenge to this is finding like minded people to collaborate with on a project but each person filling a different role.

With the current setup, one would have to leverage different platforms to be able to create a team of different people in different roles.

The goal

The solution was to create an all in one platform that leverages machine learning to match people of different roles to people of similar needs. This would mean that a designer can create a team having developers, project managers, among others all of whom were selected by the algorithm to fit in these roles.

The software would handle the project management, payments and tracking between the client and the team created. This way people in the creative environment would have more time to work on things they love and know and as well earn.

The software was to incorporate a detailed portfolio for users showing the different projects they have been able to accomplish and what level of input and commitment they had in those projects to give anyone that would be adding them to a team a clear image of who was being hired rather than just hiring based on stats.

Users would as well be able to upload personal projects from different websites such as Behance and Dribble and these projects would get incorporated into the system automatically thus creating a single platforms to manage all creative sites and also give users the freedom to upload a project once and it gets formatted and distributed to different platforms at once.

This project was done in collaboration with a team from Bunny Ug and I was the UI lead.
